General information only
Everything on this Site is general information. It is not personal advice and does not consider your objectives, finances or needs. Please speak with me before making a decision about any insurance or investment-linked product.
My role
I am authorised by the Insurance Commission to act as an Insurance Agent of Pru Life UK, and I offer Pru Life UK products only. I do not represent other insurers. Licence details are on the About page.
No promise of returns
Investment-linked (VUL) plans invest in PRULink funds. Fund values can fall as well as rise, are not guaranteed, and you may get back less than you paid in. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. Figures in illustrations are projections based on assumed rates, not forecasts or promises.
Underwriting and policy terms
All plans are subject to Pru Life UK’s underwriting, policy terms, conditions and exclusions. A plan becomes a policy only once Pru Life UK has accepted the application and issued the contract.
Tools and calculators
The needs-analysis wizard and budget calculator use the figures you enter and simple assumptions. Their results are a starting point for a conversation, not a recommendation.
Tax and legal matters
I do not give tax or legal advice. Where your plans involve tax in the Philippines, the UK or elsewhere, or estate and inheritance law, please also take advice from a qualified professional.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, I want to hear about it and put it right. Please use these steps in order:
- Contact me first. Use the contact form, email arne@licensedfinancialadvisor.ph, or call or WhatsApp +63 945 439 3935, with your name, policy number if you have one, and what happened.
- Pru Life UK Customer Assistance. If my answer does not resolve it, contact Pru Life UK directly: contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph, (02) 8887 5433 (Metro Manila) or 1-800-10-7785465 (PLDT domestic toll-free). See Pru Life UK Contact Us.
- Insurance Commission. If the matter is still unresolved, you can ask the Insurance Commission’s Public Assistance and Mediation Division for help: publicassistance@insurance.gov.ph, (02) 8523-8461 local 103 or 127. See the Insurance Commission contact page and its Assistance Form (PDF).
Concerns about personal data can also go to the National Privacy Commission, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
