These terms apply to your use of licensedfinancialadvisor.ph (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept them.

1. Who runs the Site

The Site is operated personally by Arne J. Wood, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. I am authorised by the Insurance Commission to act as an Insurance Agent of Pru Life UK. This is not an official Pru Life UK website.

2. Information, not advice

Content on the Site, including the needs-analysis wizard, calculators, articles and plan pages, is general information. It does not take your personal circumstances into account and is not a recommendation to buy any product. Advice is given only in a consultation, after we have discussed your needs. See the Disclaimer.

3. Products and policies

Plan descriptions summarise Pru Life UK’s published information. Cover exists only once Pru Life UK has accepted an application and issued a policy, and the policy contract then governs. If anything on the Site differs from the policy contract or Pru Life UK’s official documents, those prevail.

4. Accuracy

I keep the Site up to date and correct errors when I find them, but I cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times. Please check important details with me before acting on them.

5. Your use of the Site

Please use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or submit false or someone else’s personal information. Please don’t send medical details through the website forms.

6. Free downloads and purchases

Free publications are for personal use and may not be resold or republished. Books sold through third parties such as Amazon are subject to that seller’s terms.

7. Intellectual property

Text, design and original images on the Site belong to Arne J. Wood unless stated otherwise. Pru Life UK names, product names and logos belong to Pru Life UK. Third-party images are used under their licences, with credit where required.

8. Links to other sites

Links to other websites, including Pru Life UK, the Insurance Commission, Calendly and Amazon, are provided for convenience. I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, I am not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine law, including the Insurance Code, the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act (Republic Act No. 11765) or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
